Loaner Policy

Lewis &
Lewis will TRY to provide loaner surveying instruments
whenever possible to customers who have sent
their surveying instrument,
which they purchased from L&L, in for warranty
repair.

The loaner will be shipped to
and from the customers location via "NEXT
DAY SERVICE" (UPS Red Label, Federal Express
Priority One, etc.) at the customers expense. |
| 2 |
The instrument for repair must
also be shipped via "NEXT DAY SERVICE"
to and from at customers expense. |
| 3 |
If "NEXT DAY
SERVICE" is not used, rent will be charged
for the lost days in shipping. |
| 4 |
The loaner instrument
automatically becomes a "RENTAL"
instrument the day after its expected return to a
Lewis & Lewis location. |

Lewis &
Lewis does not guarantee to provide a loaner
instrument under any circumstance. We will do our
best to provide customers with the BEST POSSIBLE
SERVICE & SUPPORT. Loaners are subject to
availability and each case will be handled
individually with "L&L Common
Sense".

Instruments, purchased from
Lewis & Lewis, in for
NON-WARRANTY service or repair:

Rental instruments are
available for HALF the normal rental rate during
the time the customers instrument is IN for
service or repair. |

Once the customers instrument
has been repaired and/or made ready for pick up,
or has been shipped for return to the customer,
our normal rental rate will go into effect. |
